You may check the status of your order by logging into your www.zahrasaeed.com and clicking on the View Order History tab. You cannot check your orders status unless you have an online account.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, and this will include the FedEx tracking number for your package.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our distribution center for the tracking information to appear in the UPS tracking system.

From time to time we have special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Checkout page (found in the lower left hand corner) and hit the "apply" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order and will not appear as a separate line item.

Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states:
California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, New Jersey (accessories only), New York, and Texas.
Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order.
Shipments to any other state will not include tax

Orders typically ship within 72 hours from the time they begin process processing, pending availability and credit card verification.

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before NOON EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after NOON EST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders placed after NOON EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Two-day and overnight orders are given top priority. Orders with these shipping methods will ship the same day (pending product availability and credit card approval) if ordered before NOON EST. After Noon EST they will ship the next business day.

ZahraSaeed will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center.
You can choose to ship gift cards also.

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN INFORMATION The policies outlined below apply only to orders placed on zahrasaeed.com.The return policies for items purchase at ZAHRA SAEED boutiques may differ.

  • Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of the delivery date
  • Items returned past the timeframes outlined above may be returned in exchange for ZAHRA SAEED gift card only. The amount of the gift card will be the current selling price of the items returned.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
Please note, we do not accept returns on sample sale merchandise. All sales are final.
Upon receipt of returned goods, zahra saeed reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or if you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. ZAHRA SAEED will provide a pre-paid FedEx shipping label to expedite the return. In order to exchange an item, it has to be returned and then the exchange will be shipped only after the original order is received. You would have to contact customer service to arrange the exchange and receive an exchange code. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges unless zahrasaeed.org has a shipping special.

If you would like to return merchandise you received as a gift that was purchased on zahrasaeed.com you may exchange the merchandise for a gift card or you can chose to refund the original form of payment submitted by the person who placed the gift order. Please indicate your choice in the space provided on the packing slip enclosed with your merchandise and follow the accompanying return instructions. Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless the remaining balance is less than $10.00. RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A ZAHRA SAEED GIFT CARD The standard ZAHRA SAEED return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with a Gift Card. We will issue a new Gift Card for the amount used on the original purchase and send it shipping address on the original order. If you also used a credit card in addition to a Gift card to pay for your order, we will credit your credit card the amount originally charged and issue a new Gift card in the amount used on the original purchase.

Item purchased on zahrasaeed.com ay be returned to any ZahraSaeedboutique to expedite the return process free of charge. In order to do so, you must bring the receipt provided with your order - we will not make any exceptions. Store associates will receive your return and prepare the merchandise for return to our warehouse. You will receive the refund to your credit card once we receive the merchandise at our warehouse and process the return. This process may take up to two weeks.

Items purchased at department stores or at any other store selling ZAHRA SAEED merchandise may not be returned to zahrasaeed.com

Zahra SAEED will refund the original form of payment or provide you with a gift card according to our policies outlined above.
We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
We will charge a $7.00 fee when you use our pre-paid return label. You will see this as a separate transaction on your credit card statement.

ZahraSaeed will honor a one-time price adjustment within 10 days of the shipment date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact ZahraSaeedCustomer Service by phone at 1.877.204-1131 or by email at info@zahrasaeed.com and refer to the order number found on your packing slip or order confirmation e-mail. Some promotions may be excluded.

Preparing Your Package for Return
On the bottom portion of the packing slip enclosed with your purchase, please note the reason for the return in the space provided for each item you are returning. If you are returning a gift, please indicate the form in which you would like to receive your refund.

Remove the completed bottom portion of the packing slip and include this in the package with the merchandise you wish to return. If you do not have your packing slip, please contact Zahra SAEED Customer Service by phone at 1.877.204-1131 or by email at info@zahrasaeed.com we will send you a new one.
Mailing Instructions for Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Unfortunately, at this time you cannot use the prepaid return label included in your order. For your security, please return your package to us via a trackable, insured mail service to the address listed below. ZahraSaeed is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.
